I was looking forward this book and I feel a little let down.BA Tortuga generally writes characters that I like and enjoy reading about. These feel...recycled.And, while sex and steam is good, character developement and plot is better.Also, I don't remember the blurb saying anything about BDSM. I would call this more BDSM erotica than romance.And had that been what I was expecting it would have been fine. This book has some heat! I love BA Tortuga’s cowboys a lot and anything by her is an automatic buy for me. This book proved to be no exception. It’s got more heat and spice than some of her other books but these two cowboys make some wicked magic. Terry just had one of his best years on the rodeo circuit when he runs into Matt. Matt was his special one years ago but he left Terry behind, afraid of what he wanted and what they shared together. Now Matt is at the end of his rope and Terry decides Matt isn’t getting away this time. Matt was in a near fatal bull riding accident and hasn’t been on the circuit in a couple of years. Now he is a model and living out of his truck. He decides to take a risk and go for what he wants this time. And what he wants is his happily ever after with Terry. This is a great second chance romance. I loved these two cowboys and honestly would love a nice little short side story set in their future on the ranch.
